Three Phase - Super-E Washdown Brake Motor - TEFC and TENV

Applications: Food processing and other applications that regularly expose the motor to high pressure washdown.

Features: Standard NEMA BA dimension 300 series stainless steel hardware, moisture sealant on bolt heads, between frame and end plates. Neoprone gaskets. Spring set brake internally connected to the motor. Power off manual release. Resets automatically. Motors have NEMA Premium® Efficiency and inverter-ready. 230/460V brakes are connected in conduit box allowing for separate connection when used with an inverter.

Three Phase - Washdown

1/2 thru 10 Hp NEMA 56C thru 215TC

Applications: The most severe and corrosive applications, those which use intense high-pressure washdown, and marine applications.

Features: Proprietary bonded surface coating, stainless steel shaft extension, non-contact rotating labyrinth shaft seal, threaded drain ports, stainless steel plugs, gasketed and sealed conduit box, FDA approved surface coating. Weatherproof per IEEE45 and USCG259 marine duty (below deck duty only).

Features: All external surfaces 300 series stainless steel: motor frame, endplates, conduit box, shaft, and base. Moisture resistant 200°C ISR® magnet wire. Four condensate drains in each endplate. Endplate rabbets sealed and conduit box gasketed. Lip seals. Especially effective in highly corrosive environments where paint or other finishes do not hold up. Features: Includes all the advantages of our standard "Paint Free" washdown duty motors. Specifically designed and built for use on adjustable speed drives. For adjustable speed applications not requiring full torque at zero speed. Not encoder adaptable.
